Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any item purchased from Best Buy Beads you should first contact us from the contact page to arrange a return. We do not accept returns that have not been authorised first by Best Buy Beads. When you contact us please clearly state the problem (Eg the goods were broken). We then contact you regarding the issue.
We operate a strict 15 day return policy from the date you receive the item/s. We send all items either by recorded delivery or international signed for services from Royal Mail this allows us to track when your item is delivered. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION you MUST return any agreed returns to us by recorded delivery of some kind. In the UK we recommend royal mails recorded delivery service, outside the UK you need to ask your postal service for proof of delivery of your package.
Refunds for any items will not be processed until we have received the goods back. In the case of Beads the full number of pieces must be returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
